I feel that I'm walking three paths in life: the path of my mind, my body, and my soul.

For my mind, I am always telling myself, "Just do your best." I'm always learning how to do better at my job, and I am learning to be my best self. Butterflies symbolize a metamorphosis, and as they are coming about, they try their hardest to break free from the cocoon.

For my body, it has been quite a journey to get where I am, and I know I can keep improving. The Tabono is a symbol from ancient Adrinka that represents strength, perseverance, and the power of positive energy. We all tap into our inner strength, resilience, and determination to overcome obstacles. When we focus on the positive stuff, we attract what we need to reach our goals and manifest them.

For my soul, self-acceptance is one of the most important things to me. The Celtics have a symbol known as the Claddagh. The hands represent friendship, the heart represents love, and the crown represents loyalty. In this symbol, it represents the three main components of self-love: compassion, self-awareness, and self-respect.
