First thing first, I love Jeanne. And I don't hate Gilles. They have a history together, despite all the disasters in their lives. You can ship Sieg, Gudao, Gudako or even Astolfo with her. So why can't I ship Jeanne with her loyal general and fan, Gilles? Their relationship is beautiful and hurtful at the same time.

I found that Gilles's voice lines mention Jeanne a lot, like she is everything for him. And I feel like he is a man with a depression. I'm glad I got Jeanne in my Chaldea now. Being my favourite servant isn't the only thing I feel happy about rolling Jeanne. I'm happy that my Gilles doesn't have to feel despair any longer. As I ship Gilles and Jeanne, I team them up in training ground quests. This is the only way I can admire them being together. Gilles is a low-rated servant. And his NP doesn't dealt any damage T T. (I haven't used him since I got Arturia... Deal with it.)
