OK so Have you ever had one of those REALLY REALLY derpy looking ice cream bars normally shaped like pop characters? like where the gumball eyes are placed totally wrong?

Well after bouncing it around with some people at work, I thought.. It would be the most ridiculous thing in the world if they made comic advertising out of him. Where he would just be derpy all the time, around normal DC characters. I loved that, so I decided to make a small piece as to what the cover would look like. (kinda looks like a kids book) the logo is a play on Popsicle's branding, and the cow is Ben and Jerry's.
