Heyo peeps!!

Its been quite a while since I last posted something, school has been bombarding me with so much work and I swear what even is motivation??? Anywho, I finally got around to picking up my pencil again and doing some drawing.

Here's my side of a design trade with the one and only Fl0atingBubbles !!!!! DUDE when you first gave me this mood board i was absolutely blown away by it, ITS SO PRETTY AND THE COLOURS ARE JUST SO COOL ajsdkvshdhvsdkjdb!! I did end up loosing interest in my design over time but I hope it turned out alright in the end :'>> <33

I was super inspired by the alien-like plants and fruit and really wanted to play with that!! I imagine this bab was some sort of space explorer but their ship crash landed on another planet and now they are living simply off of the oxygen produced from the plants found on their back as they try to navigate their new environment and try to somehow get a signal back home. A theme that I kinda played off of while brainstorming that background info was the idea of an in between state of life and death lol- Because to everyone back on their home planet, this bab is considered dead, but in reality they're obvious not lol!

Design-wise I really liked to evoke the softness from the deer displayed in the mood board but also liked the idea of them having prehensile feet, I'm not exactly sure for what use, but I'm sure it would aid them in survival somehow Xd!
I really like how the wings and horns turned out! They were inspired by the fruit in the mood board, I really loved how crazy and cool it looked and had to incorporate it somehow heheehe X33

To be honest I feel like I could have pushed myself so much more with this design.. Definitely not my most proud design, but I hope you like how they turned out :> Feel free to make any adjustments to the design as you want!! And don't feel pressured to use any of the story ideas XDD!!!
