In the year 2020, a new chapter unfolded as I embraced my art page, named 'Created To Be Confused'. I am drawn to the chaotic, the unpredictable, and the untamed. My spirit refuses to be confined to the neat boundaries of conventionality. Instead, I revel in the beautiful messiness of my artistic path, to challenge the constraints of the expected. Like a kaleidoscope, my creative journey has led me down myriad paths of discovery. A thirst to learn, to create, and to make meaningful connection , urges me to evolve and push the boundaries of my craft. But my purpose, reaches far beyond the confines of personal expression. Each stroke of my brush, each sculpted form, is created with deep intention and purpose. Whether you find meaning in it or not, rest assured, every piece I bring forth holds a mystique, a magic, that is uniquely its own.

Whilst my journey began as a painter, my artistic muse cannot be confined to a single medium. Recently, I have found myself venturing into the wondrous realm of three-dimensional art. Resin, clay, jewellery making , and woodwork. It is through this exploration that I challenge myself, embracing the unknown and pushing the boundaries of my artistic ability.

But why 'Created To Be Confused’ ?
Let me take you back to the memories that shape my artistic identity. This originates from my childhood memories of traveling between Huddersfield and Lytham with my father. As he drove, I would often drift away into sleep, while he filled the car with music that resonated deeply with his punk spirit and creative soul. Through his influence, I discovered a realm of unique musicians and sounds.
When I was eleven, my father introduced me to an album by 'Cosmic Jarvis,' and one song, in particular, left a lasting impression. "Is The World Strange?" is a captivating tune about a clock without a face, who tried to tick tock but could not find the pace. The lyric "created to be confused" resonated with me deeply then, and it still holds relevance as I entered my twenties.
