Well, try for 11:55PM on the 21st. XD

I wanted to make you something for your b-day because I really know you just love my art and thatI need to draw more... But yes, I made Tina chibi for this! And it was something I couldn't pass up! ^^ And yes, Luigi got them to meet up plus got Beta to theme the cupcake just for Tina~

And so much kawaiiness from your perspective. XD
