Designed in illustrator, decided to leave it blank this time, if you wish to colour in before making do that first, if not cut around the helmet and then cut the two sides of the visor out and put some see through plastic inside and then using glue or tape form the helmet template into a 3d helmet.you can do this using plastic, eva foam, metal, wood, coardbaord, paper.
