What is this Creat actually made something of significant value in photoshop o.0 Hurraz!
Plus with out a ref, it makes me feel special. Anywho this is for contest [link] I choose to do Bloodmarrow as a Great Horned Owl. When I first looked at his ref it screamed owl at me and the more I read the more I thought it fit perfectly. Bloodmarrow is very secluded and alone and learns he has a softer side which to me owls are very powerful creatures yet there was one great horned I knew that loved to cuddle with people. Bloodmarrow to me seems like the silent type trying to hide and never speaks his mind though is very smart. Owls are silent and very tactical knowledgeable creatures. I attempted to keep most of a Great Horned owls patterns and markings while still showing the markings Bloodmarrow had which had to be the hardest part for me because great horns have feathers that are a mish mosh of color
And yes that is almost a background. Dont steal if you do I will hunt you down and do unspeakable things >: )
Oh and feel free to critique just be kind on the background

Only a few comments? What in the world is, well, wrong with this world! You're entry by far deserves coming in first place, and I am a little embarrassed to have even gone up against something this amazing! (I don't even think that word is good enough to describe it!) The feathers look like they took forever, which clearly shows you put time and detail into it. The whole concpet of him being a horned owl fits perfectly too, and shows that you obviously know what you're talking about! So Congratulations, you did an amazing job!

holy cow i love this, especally the fact that you intermingled the natural design of the great horned owl and Bloodmarrow's. Very nice, and the owl works so well with Blood's personality ^^ awsome job
