Cartoon villain number 61 in my ongoing series is Negaduck from the great cartoon Darkwing Duck! Darkwing Duck ran 3 seasons for 91 episodes in 1991 and 1992. I liked this guy i also liked the one that was created when Mega-bolt's positronic transmitter split Darkwing into two different form, one evil, one good, with the evil one hijacking Megabolts device again and ionizing himself into a destructive energy being, he is the most terrifying version of his character ever.
best line from that episode too. "Never eat at a place called Joes!"

I totally forgot about this character being Darkwing's evil opposite. I loved how they did the super hero rogues gallery concepts in this series.
