Very beautiful!
I like the colors and the contrasts in it. The wolf is drawn very well and I like the coloring technique. The background is awesome too.
Great job!

Well this is quit nice! Are you using Painter X as your software? It's got some nice brush texture in there I noticed. c :

I'll definitely try Sai out, I promise! x3
Different layers are also possible in Sai, aren't they? :>
But sadly I'll need some new brushes for Sai. I heard PhotoShop brushes are not fitting for Sai

Yes, they are. As for crushes, I believe you can make your own if you play around with the settings. I'm not sure how restricted you are to making a brush though, since I only use Corel Painter X brushes. I remember when I first got it though, I loved using the brush that makes everything look like water colors. c :

Water color brushes ROCK! I love them, too! :>
Here on DA there are also a lot of cool brushes you can download.
But I'm trying to make a set of brushes by myself. Someday... soon. Dunno x3 When I'll find the time!

I just recently found out that I could download user made brushes, actually! O : I was pleasantly surprised by that and have been able to paint a little using Photoshop recently. I still think Painter X is the best software, hands down, for painting and using a variety of brushes and paper textures, though. Mixing colors smoothly can easily be achieved. Photoshop and Sai are best for inking, and Sai is best for digital water colors. I actually like Sai better for inking, but Sai doesn't support my Intuos tablet. : c I used it a while back when I was living abroad and it supported a smaller tablet that I bought over there, but ever since returning, I haven't used it. Really wish I could. I think it would be awesome to see your brush set whenever you get the time to make it. c :

Sai does NOT support your intuo's tablet? :< WHY?
Now you made me nosy to really try Sai out! I always searched for a program where I can ink pictures easily. Inking in PS gives me a hard time sometimes. Dunno why. I'm just not able to create awesome clean outlines... :I
Water colorssss... yesss. I need to get SAI. Right now. :I But sadly I have really less free time at the moment. I'll download it when I'll have a few free days. To have time to try it out and paint a little. c:
Thanx a lot for your help!
I'll tell you when I've done my personal brush set. You can have it :>

No idea, but I guess it's just not made to support it. I think it's just Intuos 5 in particular. It seems everyone with an Intuos 5 is having the same trouble as me. But yeah, give Sai a whirl! I'm sure you'll love how smooth the inking looks! I know what you mean. It's so hard to achieve perfect lineart in other programs because they're not really made to make lineart, but since sai is particularly used for mangaka, it's perfect for just that! AND the water color brush is just awesome. C : And thanks so much! I would love to use that custom set of yours! xDDD

Do you know how much the Sai costs? :>
Can't wait to give it a try! =I But I really have no time at the moment... ._. nah.
Sai brushes don't work in PS and vice versa? :<
When I have some free time again I'll make those brushes! x3

Sai should cost about 20 dollars. And no, I don't believe you can import brushes from PS into Sai or vise versa since the two programs are different. You could probably tweek sai brushes to look similar to PS ones though. c : YAY, BRUSHES! XD
