So! This guy is an adopt I fell in love with! I absolutely LOVE his design and thought about making him a character in my BnHA story!

Min-Joon, or known as "The Broker" to those who work with him, is an underworld/black market dealer in the BnHA universe. He fences and sells mainly stolen goods acquired and handed off to him as the middleman, something he doesn't mind at all so long as it doesn't bring him trouble. He has two Quirks; the first is Horn Growth which allows him to grow spiky protrusions along his body for offense or defense. They can't grow too long and if he grows too many it can become painful to use. The 2nd Quirk he has is called Quick Seller; a minor hypnosis Quirk that gives Min-Joon slight sway over people. The Quirk mainly helps hypnotize people or charm them to give slightly better deals to Min-Joon but it can't turn them more than that; if he tries to ask for an outrageous deal or demand, or if he upsets the target/their morals and mindset the Quirk becomes powerless.

This guy is the main fence for Noritaka and his crew; he often works with them and he is the main source of their gear and equipment they need for heists. Noritaka knows about Min-Joon's Quirk and as such isn't affected; however both have a great deal of respect for the other and are very much on friendly terms.

Anyways that's it for now! I'll hopefully get a bio out for this guy soon!
