I guess photo retouches are like pop covers, you prefer whichever you see/hear first.
After seeing the original first, the retouch seems too perfect.
And I like button noses

Either way, your photos and retouches are amazing.
I guess the trick is staying on the correct height of the slippery slope that leads to the uncanny valley.
