The illustration is so beautiful and nicely well done. So I rate 5 star.
I love the storybook feel of such a dark and dangerous setting.
Poison Ivy may be beautiful but she is dangerous and evil.
Oh by the way, nice artwork, dude. Poison Ivy hair on top look like a witch to me rather than ordinary human girl hair. I love your wonderful artwork.
You should be an illustrator for children's books, someday or work in animation studios for illustrator, too. Poison Ivy is awesome.

For originality,, I only rated 4 stars because the lake and flower she's on is drawn quite often w/ popular artists but overall you changed it up with your style and many many vibrant colors to make it original!!
For technique,, the technique honestly cannot be fixed it's just *insert kissing face here*
For impact,, it had a huge impact on me and helped me realize how great of an artist you really are,, the impact just mwah, keep it up and Great job!!

I'm guessing that this is based on the character played by Uma Thurman in the Batman and Robin Movie.
The movie was crap, but I actually like this artwork. Call me crazy, but the art style that you've taken on the character design of what almost looks Disney-like.
In any case, I like the art design: the blend of warm and cold colours is very cool to look at. The beam of light at the type and the glow that results looks extremely cool as well. This is one of the best Batman-related artwork I've seen on Deviantart so far.
