I like your retake on your earlier work. It is an interesting contrast between the two. My favorite, I think is the original "glamor" version, but the darkness and the stark contrast between the black and red here is very effective!

This reminds me of a book I just finished called "Vamped". There were so many vampires in the world, in was commonplace, and they drank synthetic blood from boxes, like the little milk boxes kids use for lunch.
