YES! Yes, at last, I've finally designed my Dragon Booster OC final design and characterization! See, I've analyzed the old Skylii, then took physical traits from her and applied several with a bit of modifications, and also lowered the age level, deducted and reduced the Sueism level, made her minor, and voila!

*watches everybody stand and stare and blink*

...so how was my Parm impression?

So this is Lii. She's 13, and she's not a self-insertion. She has a job...selling Draconee-Yum bars at the Draconee-Yum bar stands. She can't race, and she's not in any crew. When she talks, she uses broken-down simple phrases under 10 words, unless she actually needs to talk in a sentence. She's not social and not talkative, she doesn't want to like anybody, so it's hard for people to like her, let alone notice her. Oh yes, she doesn't know why dragons should be treated equally, so she doesn't care about them, even though she has her own dragon, who she also doesn't care about much. In fandom, she's not in major, she's in minor, and usually pops up briefly.

The biggest Sue point for her is that one of my usernames is named after her. Still trying to tweak her slightly; it's not easy.
