[ballpoint pen, no revisions]It's the evil version of Princess Eclair from La Pucelle.
Bit of trivia for those at home:
Princess Eclair is a homage/rip off of a Sega Saturn heroine named... Princess Crown, and that in turn I believe is based off of a manga (can't be sure, not enough info.) The dark & light versions, barring some details here & there are BOTH identical to their sources.
Man, do I store a lot of useless info.
