Description
A loose painting commission for a lovely couple, ~RiaX3X and Nemmy.I enjoy painting red dragons almost as much as white ones.
I have a thing for red flowers as well it seems.
Time: 5 and a half hours
Tools: Photoshop CS4 and Wacom Intuos 4
Music:I don't remember now. Bullets by End of Fashion is a great song though.

These loose paintings aim more at capturing the feel of a scene primarily and lack the refinement of anatomy I'd usually do, so you have a very valid point.
I am working on being able to pinpoint anatomy more quickly so that there aren't as many errors in these but I've a long way to go until it comes naturally to me.
Thank you for taking the time to mention this though, it's given me plenty of food for thought.

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental
hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the
staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so
they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the
machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.

Me and my flower petals, can't get enough of them. Lighting is one of the things I've been working at lately, though I think I always am.

Well, it's like the deep blues of the water and the mountains contrasted with the yellow light on the dragons and the flowers suggests that time of year/day when it's very cold but the sunshine is still a ray of warmth. ALL THIS, JUST WITH YOUR COLOURS.

The color red you used is a soft red, but it still stands out. It's all so beautiful.
I must add though, the red dragon with black horns, the head seems to be a touch off. Other than that, this is another gorgeous piece. :3

Once again amazing and heartwarming. I love the way they look to each other happily, one soaring over the other. There is deep feeling between the two that can be seen from your art and it constantly amazes me.

These are getting better and better.
I like the bluish atmospheric tint o the distant mountains. It really gives some extra pop to the dragons in front.
The bits of transparency that the wings have is a nice touch, too. That reflection on the water looks great, too.
The angle of the head on that one with black horns seems a bit sharp, right at the base of the head, though. It does look a bit awkward to me.
It's quite excellent overall, though.
