Daw.. thats one cute lil illustration you got ^^, just gonna give a few pointers on how to improve, I think one thing you can do with this piece to give it a more striking and eye catching effect is by using more mediums to add to the colour pencil like a white or black gel pen which can be useful for building highlights and shadows, I would also say to work on anatomy on the hand as I dont know if the four finger thing is something style based but his hands do look too thick, Id say to use more references on hands, so learning how to draw the thickness and the position on fingers, dont worry though, hands are genuinely just the hardest part about anatomy and everyone struggles with them x.x, make sure with blue to use more then just blue to your advantage, purples and greens can help build a really complimenting colour scheme for a character like this as they can really catch the eye, and dont forgot highlights ^^, over all this is a pretty lovely and tranquil piece though, so I would definitely say great work ^^, so basically work on hands and colours
