that's his name, just running out of titles, yep.

Edit - I started the linework for this quite a while back, and just finished coloring it tonight. This shall be his...sort of Ref, still annoyed at how his legs look but WHATEVARRRR.
I made very slight changes to his palette, mostly swapping where the white is in his hair and changing the blue stripes on his coat to a dulled down yellow to compliment his eyes. Also dulled down the blue on his tie to make it less bright.

This fellow is a bit of an ass but he can be nice when he wants to xD he just doesn't care much for chatting when his headphones are around (since he listens to music quite often), and when he DOES speak, either he's being nice, or hes popping a snarky comment to anyone who confronts him.

He also has a phone (which looks oddly like an iphone lol ) that he carries around in one of his pant pockets.

He IS single, but if you want to pair with him, you need a fully human character lol.

He was designed by PumpkinSugar a while back and iAmirrora passed him on to me.
