I needed a temperamental OC...and I also needed another object head OC sooooHere's my new OC Rogue.
He wears a sentient scarf (named Rouge) that obeys his command. Rogue is a mute, but communicates telepathically.

you would think since it has a tv for a head, it would be mute but communicates visually

He used to but the T.V is broken. I never receives any signal (reason for the test card and static). The only sound he makes is white noise.

This is an amazing character! I love how he's mute and the scarf follows his orders. So creative. I might make another entry - possibly with him.
