Chigusa is a Pokemon character from the Johto saga, specifically the "filler" episode Two Hits and a Miss. She is also my favorite filler character in the anime because of her character design and .... well she's just pretty darn cool!This picture was sketched on mspaint and then redone and finished on Paint Shop Pro. I also really like the way it came out. It's one of my best yet.
