lawl, made this for v-day but I was having "technical difficulties" and couldn't submit it yesterday
so, vulpix is the pokemon of the month for [link] and this is what i came up with: vulpix fishing for her valentine(eon). Luvdisc does not look pleased...
Done with paint in windows 7 and I'm on the fence about it this new paint. some things frustrate the hell out of me while other stuff makes it more interesting(like watercolor option oooooo!!). Anyway, I love how vulpix and luvdisc came out, eon was giving hell and by the time i got to the water i was so done with working on this...which explains the lame background
