So this is Ixaca (I-CHA-ka).You may already know him as Pasador fav.me/d4b2rfj
SO the story is I was annoyed at how half-assed I'd done Pasador's initial line-art (I won't deny I put a good deal of effort into the colouring, which I'm still fond of and won't change so drastically), and then I started re-reading Temeraire, and I got a new A6 Moleskin which I was dying to christen even though it was meant for uni doodles, and this happened.
Name change because despite the potential comedy behind Pasador's name, I never really gelled with it. Pasador is Ixaca now.

I remember this guy back when he was once known as Pasador hahah.Too bad I never got to make that mini-comic I mentioned about my dragon OC saying the meaning of his former name that made him depressed hahaha.Dunno if you still remembered that.It was a long time ago haha.

He'll retain a similar colouration, but instead of having a primarily jet-black body I want to go for an almost-black red, like what you'd see in a beetle or something. It would have a nice red shine in the light, and look black in the dark. The wings I'd like to keep much the same, minus the black marbling on the tips and some orange in the gradient so it's not too stark.
Yeah shame about that, it sounded interesting! Haha we've known each other for literally years hey

I could have drawn that comic if it weren't for the damned classes hahaha.Also it is a good thing as well that I didn't draw the comic because I kept changing the design of my dragon OC hahaha.

Aha, don't ya just hate that? Work really hard on something - two months later - oh darn, it's outdated, I changed my character haha.
Admittedly, on the whole Tobias has remained pretty stable these past three years. It's more a style/anatomy thing that I've been continuously tweaking

iuThat is especially true for,yes you guessed it,Ariiuki Razeni haha.I tried drawing him several times in a bipedal raptor-esque pose but everytime I draw it,he looks kinda stocky in comparison to the image I have in my mind.Next I tried drawing him in his original quadrupedal pose but everytime I finish it,it seems to look kinda off to me.I could've already finished drawing a ref for him in quad pose if it weren't for the inking process that messed it all up.Right now I'm thinking of drawing him in bipedal pose again haha.
On a side note I made his species,the Aiendravi, into a species that is related to primates.More like a group that branched off from the primate family tree that evolved into their own forms(this group evolved digitigrade movement rather than the traditional plantigrade seen in primates) in which the Aiendravi are the last of this group's kind.
