Wishing a happy birthday to my dear friend NEOH-Night !I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get something from scratch done in time, so I drew this up on a base. I figured I've done Faun in civilian, senshi, and human disguise forms before, but I haven't done her formal dress yet so it was about time ^^
