This is the "Yee" dinosaur from "Dinosaur Adventure".

For those who are unaware, there is a terrible Land Before Time rip-off made by a company named Dingo Pictures called "Dinosaur Adventure" that was released on the PlayStation 2 gaming system (yes really). It was horrible, but this moment that became an online video taken from the Italian dub for the "movie" (in massive quotation marks) became a meme, one of my personally favourite memes in fact.

I screwed up the eyes, like REALLY REALLY badly, but I think it's pretty alright all things considered.
