Got some character development in the works. o v oSo I'm just gonna leave this sketch sheet here and say that my ringmaster Noire is the biggest sweetheart you'll ever meet.

I know I've seen him before, but I just want to say how much I love his outfit! Maybe it sounds weird, but when I first looked at it my first instinct was wanting to take the giant bow tie and put it on his head to see how he'd react.
I am also oh so curious about the bird form. It's too cute!

Hehe well I guess I gotta explain the tiny bird form.
He is what I referrer to as a harpy, they have three forms:: A human one, the tiny bird, and a much larger bird form! I haven't gotten around to drawing this much larger bird form but I'll get around to it ; v;
