While working on request... (bunny ears are hard
) i drew this catgirl. I'm working on everybody's requests at once O___O;;; but i will be posting the requests one at a time... and in claimed spot order (first 2, then 3, then 4 etc etc ^^) This girl was just a doodle I drew up real quick. She's not even cleaned up... just got some skin tone ^____^ My sister said I should post it as it looks now so I thought..
sure why not. 
I think this Neko girl will make me a cool new avatar ^_____^ after she is completed... also I just thought I should put something up.

To some of you I think I mentioned how I was going to finish coloring this.... well I did 'finish' coloring it... in 3 different ways... and I didn't like any of them
So I decided to scrap that whole idea and just keep it as it is. Thanks to everyone.

This is really quite fine the way it is. Although the eyes are much further along than the rest of the work, it was a proper choice. Such a method allows the eyes to dominate the picture. I do also appreciate the sketchy part as it is well-done and strongly hints that a finished version would be a real treat.
Congratualtions on deciding that, at this time, this version was the best. Some people are too driven to present only a perfect, finished work and we miss out on something that is as good as this is.

I love this. The sketchy lines and simple coloring are just gorgeous.
How do you lift just the pencil lines to color underneath?

I've read other techniques where you set up the original art in a layer by itself and then color in a layer underneath the lineart. ^___^ Buuuuttt I prefer coloring on top myself.

Lol, sounds good. I should really make a new icon, but, alas. I won't have much time... I've been watching Naruto for the last, uh, week. I am on Episode 95. I'm trying to get through all of the episodes so I at last understand all of the artwork some of the Avatards do. They like Naruto too, so when they post something, I'm confused. At least now I sort of am not so clueless. But, I still am, sort of.
Anyway, I am getting off topic...

I'm over 100 now. My favourite episode is 101.
I'm excited for the release of Avatar... It's just that...
It may not air in Canada on the same date as the US. We're slow like that.
My sister may also return home on that day (from university) and I may not be able to watch it.
However, if it does air in Canada, it follows it's new schedule (Fridays and Saturdays... On... *sigh* "Hyper Action Friday", and "Crunch"...

TV Links was messed up for a while back, but they updated recently. They're only missing a few episodes. I don't know if Turbonick is available in Canada... I've actually never heard of it...
