The latest helmet coming out of the shop! All parts are 16 gauge stainless (I believe alloy 304) with the exception of the row of "spines" travelling along the comb, which was something closer to 20 gauge. This piece was an interesting challenge because the visor and the chin / front neck area are formed from a single piece, the line that separates the lower portion from the fakie visor was forged in and then darkened to further give the illusion of two individual pieces. The whole face hinges off to one side on a custom hinge for ease of removal. I have my complaints about it but I really am proud of myself for pulling it off.
