Description
This is a conceptual vehicle inspired by an actual tracked truck, the Steyr R.S.O. (Raupenschlepper Ost) developped by this austrian firm to serve the german Army in the Eastern front, where the roads became unsuitable to wheeled vehicles in some seasons by snow or by mud.By this reason, this concept has a 1940's vintage appearance, and is loaded with the much needed fuel drums to serve frontline war machines.

This is a really sweet model. It's a shame work of this quality isn't easy to find just by browsing the 3D section, which seems bogged down by a lot of Poser crap. Perhaps there should be a "Pro" section to deviantArt.

You know it's the details that you add that REALLY make your 3D look so awesome...
It's not big things, like the D-Rings on the front hooks, the dirt on the windshield, the texture on the idle wheels, the texture on the outer track...
