Fullbody, but since ya have so many of em of the same breed of pokemon, one of em fullbody and the rest headshots is fine ^^ I mostly want to see that you're (note: everyone who does) put thought and care into the designs that they adopted and made them theirs ^^ 
Basically if you alter their bodies and add a bunch of extra fur, no fur, accessories, and whatnot (note2: extra horns, wings, fins, etc will require a small fee) then yep, it'd be fullbody ^^
But if you wanted to keep their design pretty close to the base design then a headshot will be fine since ya have so many of the same breed

Sure, I can draw em all if you want, and since they're Twisties I can do a Houndour/Houndoom drawing of each for like, 20-50pts each depending on how complex ya want em (or if they would need fullbody/headshot) Or you could commission someone else if you wanted, just make sure that they credit the Twistmon subspecies and original Pokemon species

Really the whole "gotta draw em at least once" thing is just to show that thought and effort went into their fleshed out designs and personalities ^^
