I'll admit it. I'm a Brony. 
For this piece, Snips, one of the young colts often turned into a minion for several bad ponies, has overpowered Fluttershy. It could have been under someone's orders, or he just may have just given in to the darkness in him and his desire for the pretty animal lover just overtook him.
The pose was referenced from an anime illustration I found.
The high res file and a topless version is available as an exclusive to my Patrons on Patreon. There are also versions of this artwork with the characters in normal human skin tones for higher paying patrons. But those who just want to get the other versions of this art and not be a regular patron can also just purchase the files here as Premium Content. But I think being a Patreon patron is the better deal as you get access to so much more files.

Yeah, Rainbow is pretty much the 'cowboy cop' of the group.

Definitely agree that Rainbow Dash fits as the rescuer, as even in the main MLP series she has a soft spot for Fluttershy, also as they went to pegasus school together and had to protect her even then.
But Apple Jack is also seen as a big hero in town and literally a "cowboy" type, so she's work fine too.
Might do this type of follow up for my Patreon.

True that. The difference is that AJ is only a rescuer when it's necessary, while Rainbow tries actively to be a hero. Even the Wonderbolts, while being an acrobatic team, are still, first and mostly, a military-like unit that defends Equestria and does rescue missions once in a while.

Good point! I like that thought. I do remember I think season 1 where Rainbow was basically seen as Ponyville's superhero (who had gotten a bit too big headed about it, so her friends had to teach her a lesson by inventing a new superfilly to humble her).

Not gonna lie, I went through a brony phase for a while. During that time I always found the humanized versions of the characters quite delectable - so I'm definitely behind this! Fluttershy was always the one that made the most sense as a damsel, and seeing her all limp and sleepy like this is great. Hope to see more of this quality stuff from you!
