Dr. Coffin was once a medical surgeon who worked once at the local memorial hospital, specializing in surgery. He seemed like a normal doctor at first, until his first operation seemingly unleashed something dark within him. He then became fixated with cruel unethical experiments as he forced unwilling patients to horrifying medical procedures, involving him removing and harvesting their organs. When his secret was revealed to the other doctors and nurses, Dr. Coffin suffered a mental breakdown and took his own life with a scalpel to his heart. Legend says that Dr. Coffin still appears within the dark corridors of the hospital at night, looking for more victims to his experiments.
