I really liked the description in that part of the book! I also love this picture, and the expressions. Bluestar has this "I know, it hurts" Kinda look.

That's really amazing! I love the sketchy-ness of it, it makes it look very original, and very complete. The expression and the colour strike me full of awe. Same with the shading, and the general anatomy.

Dude, California is kicking ass. You really need to come here. The weather is great, there's a high of like....80, and the beach is clean but the goddamn tourists are here...today we were walking to the beach for the first time and there was this neat Latino band and I was like "you know, if Adrian or Lindsey or any other random person were to be here right now, this would basically kick ass. And it did, but it would have been that much better.
