How fitting. The jagged edges snap this picture together all the better. And the photo is very interesting, almost as if the blue behemoth isn't suppose to be there, or wasn't originally there.

I was thinkin it was odd for such pipes to be going over seemingly public roads in such a way, unless that's just how things are over there. But great work! Your photoshop skills are something to be feared and reckoned. Keep up exploring and being creative!

Make some brushes is the easiest way, I think. I drew a grid with a rough round brush closely spaced, then made the grid into a brush. Then I set the grid brush to a very large scale with about a 2% angle jitter, and a much larger size jitter. Painted the edges with a few strokes, then set the brush size smaller and did it again closer to the frame to break the straight line more and make the black appear to fade instead of being discrete.
