I am suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper late but this is a gift for for a Picarto Friends Holiday art exchange.I took a shot at drawing Flandre and I think it came out okay! I had to redo the picture a thousand times and this was the final result. Please enjoy~
