This is NOT a fusion, it is collaborative possession.
Collaborative possession is when a pacworler (usually friends) allows a ghost to posses them but also be able to still have control over their own body. It's basically both the owner of the body and the ghost controlling the body all at once in collaboration. In collaborative possession, only the irises of the possessed will glow leaving the pupil to stay black. This signifies that the pacworlder still has control, but is sharing that control with a ghost.
Only in collaborative (aka friendly) possession is a ghost allowed to freely physically express themselves by modifying the body's appearance. In this collaborative possession, you can clearly see aspects of pinky in Cylindria through a change in eye color, addition in hairstyle, alter coloration of the boots and gloves (from black and sliver to white and gold), and having ruffles on the gloves and socks. Cyli also gains an immense amount of speed and has an incredible singing voice (best used for electro swing singing style)
I have so much trouble with choosing who to ship Pac with (Pinky or Cyli) that I just chose to ship him with Pinkalina! XD Now I don't have to choose!
And yes, Pinkalina does flirt with Pac! XD
