Description I did this on a French study sheet, so there's writing at the bottom. My first ever Pokemon-related human sketch. Used the Yellow Arc as reference - you can see a similar image of this in the chapter where Red gets his challenge from Lorelei/Bruno by mail.

I think I can stare at this for hours on end.

That is just incredible! O.O It looks almost exactly like Mato's art, and Red is awesome. So good job!

I've personally been trying to draw like the PokeSpecial artists myself, but a bit more of Satoshi for me though.

Thank you for the praise! Some of Satoshi's expressions are scary though. E.g. the Darkrai movie, after he finally makes it to the top of the tower thing...O_O;;

You are very welcome! And oh, I agree, but that's not what I meant. xDDDDD I meant Satoshi Yamamoto, as in the artist for Pokemon Special/Adventures starting from volume 10 onwards.~

It's okay, and I can understand how you'd get confused. Satoshi the Pokemon creator, Satoshi the anime character, and Satoshi the manga's second artist. XD Mato does volumes 1-9 and Satoshi does 10 onwards, even to today's latest volumes. Don't feel bad -- most people aren't familiar with them. ^^
