Commander Leo, now once again Cyo, has joined the resistance and gained new cybernetic arms and armor. He has the Acorn kingdom's logo on his belt.

Despite having his memories back, Cyo still feels extremely guilty for all the crimes he did as Commander Leo, such as being responsible for the destruction of his village, enslaving mobians and torturing Sonic. For a time after regaining them, he almost had half a mind to commit suicide but was talked out of it by Inferno and Sonic. Since getting his new look he started dating Inferno's ex-wife Bonnie and became stepfather to hers and Inferno's kids.

His arms are similar to Jax from Mortal Kombat and Gero from Once punch man, having same weaponry.

I know it's same base I used for Cyo's evolution, I was too lazy doing a new base.
