Yaaaay, new character time. Okay, so this is Hoshi. I really like how she came out ^^.

Name Meaning: Star
Age: 18
Race: Half Saiyajin/Half Water Nymph
Height: 5'4

Powers: The usual ki, and flight stuff. Only, coz she's half nymph she has manipulation over water too.

Family: Mother and Father, also Tarragon best friend.

Personality: Hoshi isn't as innocent as she seems. She's delicate looking, and small so she's often underestimated. She likes to play games, crazy things for kicks. She would bungee jump into a snake pit if it meant that she got that rush and giggle out of it. She's not malicious though with her games, and mostly she's nice. She often drags other people into her crazy schemes because she likes to see their reaction to her. She's a little reckless but she's mostly just about having fun.

History: Hoshi's mother was a Saiyajin exploring a planet for the monarchy, they wanted to colonize it, and Hoshi's mother happened to be one of the elites. However, she had an encounter with a water nymph that meant she became pregnant. When she returned to Vegeta-sei she was cast out, because her child would essentially be what they deemed a freak, with strange powers they were afraid of. So she fled Vegeta-sei with her baby girl to a space station drifting near a blue sun. This is where Hoshi grew up, befriending Tarragon and causing mischief ever since.
