Description Raksha, our almost three years old Czechoslovakian Wolfdog

Karel Hartl, the "founding father" of Czechoslovakian Wolfdog breed commented on Raksha that she is very pretty with no faults, apart from her slightly unusual fur, and that she has nice female traits. Yay!

Hartly is surely right. But what's not right with her fur? ^^

He called it "open", if you compare it to my other photos of wolfdogs, Raksha's hairs are wavy. Best visible on her back. I like how her cheeks are wavy, we love her for the way she is special, our little lamb, but I'm afraid that show judges will see it differently

I see... but if she has no other "faults" this light one shouldn't be too bad, should it?

One of our cats was shown once, and he was disqualified because he put his hair up (don't know how to say in english, but I think you get what I mean ^^). Pffff, I think it was just because he was cold, he always does this in the cold...

I don't know, I'm not a judge:] There are dogs with faulty movement awarded international champions, some dogs are not penalized for attacking the judge, some dogs are afraid of their own shadow, but they are pretty, let's give them a shiny cup or two cause this will surely help them;] I'm exaggerating. I only wish dog shows weren't so influential over the whole breeds.

Haha, yes a cup and a ribbbon.
It's quite sad, that dogs with bad temper or illnesses can win in dog shows. Like that Cavalier King Charles Spaniel winning Best in Show even though he has Siringomielia, and then sired some like 30 litters.

Exactly... and his owner doesn't even realize that something is wrong with that:[

Yes, she's blinded by the cup... It's really sad, especially for all the pups. And the pups' pups.
