hey yes i am using a wacom

hhaha,just do a sketch in a layer, then outline(or ink) in a seperate layer, then use a eraser tool and clean the inks!

or u can use the pen tool + brush stroke tutorial,just search "pen tool lineart" in the deviant search box and you should be able to find it!
