For a smaller and less "tough" looking poke'mon, I quite enjoy the design choice for the hands and feet. Almost seems martial arts inspired to me, like wraps are on the feet in thai kwan do training.

The eye design and colors were pulled off well, you do feel as though this poke'mon will mesmerize you and suck you into its blank stare. And I was pleasantly surprised by the two differently colored ears, which I think was pulled off with aplomb!

Damn now this is frrikin' awesome, one of the best out of the 4 fakes so far. I love the Bandit sort of theme u added to it with the head turban/scarf which is actually his fur, and his pose with red/purple eyes make him seem like a pokemon of a Team Rocket Admin of some sort. A true High ranking evil pokemon.

So i was thinking for the name:
