Description First appearance: Batman #436 (August 1989)

Story:
Timothy Drake was a young teenage boy who lived with his mother Janet after they moved to Gotham to get away from Tim's father and Janet's ex-husband Jack Drake. An infamous drug dealer and car jacker who had been sentenced to spend ten to twenty years in prison. During his early years, Tim had already shown signs of higher intelligence and was often bullied at school for it, as well as taken advantage of. Eventually the young lad took up to learning many different martial arts in acts of self defense. Trained in Karate, Muay Thai, and many other arts, Tim proved that he was just as skilled in fighting as well as being skilled mentally. Tim had also taken up detective work as a hobby and would eventually make it a service of his. He would often do small jobs for the neighborhood such as finding stolen news paper, or who was stealing lawn ornaments.
When he turned twelve, Tim had begun to go farther into his own detective work and being inspired by the sightings and stories of the Batman, Tim would begin his own little crime fighting escapade, much to his mother's dismay when she had discovered what her little boy was up to. Though he had to seize his criminal battles, Tim would be more inspired by Batman and Robin than he believed. Eventually, the young lad would theorize that Batman was in fact Bruce Wayne, the second Robin was Jason Todd, and that Barbara Gordon was indeed Batgirl. But first he had to do something during, something bold, or simple from another point of view. When Tim and his mother were attending a school seminar, Bruce Wayne and Jason Todd were present as benefactors to the facility a perfect means and probably the only window of opportunity to do what he needed to do. Tim had come up with a mad scheme to be Bruce Wayne's errand boy for the week for free, and he would do everything that the Wayne's butler Alfred asked of him. Eventually on the last day of service, when Bruce and Jason were leaving abruptly, Tim saw that now was the last chance to prove his thesis.
When the two had headed to the clock, Tim snuck in behind them just before the passage way closed. To his amazement, Tim's thesis was in fact correct, and that Bruce Wayne and Jason Todd were in fact Batman and Robin, what also surprised him was that Bruce was on to Tim the entire time. Tim admitted to Bruce that had no intentions to use this information against him and was only looking to help Bruce and company if they ever needed it, and need it they did. During the attacks of the Children of Arkham and the costumed rogues, Tim whom was further trained by Barbara helped the Bat family and the GCPD, to stop Children of Arkham, and the villains, but at the cost of Jason's life in the hands of the Arkham Knight after the current Robin was beaten and tortured by the Joker, and his mother being severely injured and left in the hospital in critical condition. Bruce then took Tim into his home and after much insistence, Bruce allowed Tim to join the team as the new Robin.

Dream voice actor: Fin Wolfhard. I'm not exactly sure why, but for some reason when I drew Tim, I couldn't help but picture Finn Wolfhard as his voice. Maybe it's just the facial features themselves.

Featured song: ??? If anyone had any ideas, I am open.

Notes:
1. His suit is a combo of some of the suits throughout the mythos, mainly from Arkham City.
2. The color of his boots and gloves are a gray mixed green. I didn't want to give him the bright green like how he wears sometimes, and I think it's a unique way to set him apart without making his whole suit look like the suit from TNBA.
3. Seeing as I have seen Tim with the staff the most when it comes to the games, comics, and even fanart of him, Tim gets the staff.
