I used Microsoft Picture It I think and some textures. You can get some neat wallpaper effects with Picture It. Thanks so much for all your comments!

It's a program that edits digital photos and you can do other stuff, like make cards and calendars too. And obviously make wallpapers!

Well, it's a program you have to buy. I'm not sure if there's a website where you can download it. I can't remember what store I bought it at.
