Description
Uzas was a member of the Night Lords. Once a proud and honorable fighter, by late M41 he had succumbed to the bloodlust of Khorne,making him absent-minded, aloof, senile, and prone to fits of crazed murder. His "fall" to a Khorne Berzerker was a source of constant
grief for Talos Valcoran, who remembered his glorious past.

Well, the Luna Wolf part IS loyal, but I guess I start to get a Nightlords part, too.
Damn, I haven't finished the 3rd book yet, but I start to feel sorry for Uzas above all the others. GARGH!

When he had those moments, especially in the third book where something was important revealed, he became one my fave character. Every Night lord in the series were great characters, even the Raptor guy(whose name I forgot).
I had a some trouble thinking how they look, your illustrations helps me alot. I think I'm going to reread the entire thing.

Truly one of my fave moment was that part in the third book, with Uzas who sort of remembers something about darn Cyrion! But then Talos does that thing and I got felt bad for Uzas. Will you make that commander in a dreadnought? Macharius was it?

Yay, Uzas! I might be a loyalist, but I enjoyed this crazy Khornate guy quite a lot. Especially when he got his unexpected philosophical moments between bouts of berserking and... uhm, more berserking.

Admittedly, I read the Night Lords novels when I had only a slight idea of the 40k universe (Soul Hunter was the first 40k novel I ever read, heh), but I remember being rather fond of Uzas and his tendency to speak out the uncomfortable truth - mostly when nobody expected it. I miiiight have dubbed him the "cutest Khorne berserker ever", but psssh. He'd probably come back and have my head for that
But yeah, he's my favourite, too. And Flayer, although with that guy, I have the weirdest... love-hate "relationship" ever. I both think he's some cool badass, and want to douse him in promethium and set him on fire at the same time. Ahem.

I haven't ventured that far into the 30k novels, so I have yet to meet Sevatar - and a lot of others. From what I keep hearing, it seems that the 30k novels tend to contains less 'bolter porn' and more characterisation, which is always a plus in my book (pun not really intended, but it stays). My favourite is from the 40k ones, though... Emek of the Salamanders, who was just a side character, but remembering him still makes me sad. I guess he was one of the reasons I developed a fascination with Apothecaries

I think he appears in all three novels of the Tome of Fire trilogy, and in one short story (which might be the worst of all, because it gave me an idea what he was like before life went all 'yeah, let's *** you up' on him *sigh*).

I have to reveal a secret to you (kinda obvious, actually): most of the wh40k fan's mentality and behaviour is the same regardless their country of origin. It's a collective psychology. There are some exceptions, but their impact on society is almost nonexistant.
So it's up to you, if you stop to post your art there, someone else will do it.
