Finally getting to draw another canon Pokemon character that isn't Morty - and one that's fully clad to boot!I didn't like Volkner when I first played Pokemon Pearl, but later I grew to like him. I really like his outfit. I always thought he looked nicer with his natural hair color. The anime darkened his hair for some reason - I don't know why.
