Nice, I love how the fish he's holding is the one from Balloon Fight & SSB Brawl's Ice Climber stage.

True that. But that's not the case with the Sad Kids sister, whatever her name is. Her long, black hair is practically her most prominent feature, and I doubt that anybody would recognize her if I changed the length and/or color.
I tell ya, sometimes it's hard deciding what to tweak in a H*R Halloween costume. Sometimes it is, but not all the time.

The fish thing is from that other game that's called Balloon Fight, so they say... It appears as a hazard on the Ice Climbers' home stage in Super Smash Bros Brawl, where it eats you (and kills you, apparently) if you go swimming in water too long. Just like the lurker shark from Jak & Daxter.
