Although I absolutely love some of the descisions for some of the characters, especially Rocket Cheat, Nova Runner, and Strong Hulk, I honestly think that some characters could've also been done as other Marvel/Capcom characters.
I've always imagined Coach Z being Spider-Man, if only for the famous "Do Your Job" joke, and Coach Z's...tongue.
Tiny-Headed Strong Bad as Deadpool. "This is my taunt, and stuff!"
Pom-Pom as Captain America, because P-Squared "is very patriotic", which is the entire definition of Cap himself.
