Haven't done many of Zoe Kilmarten in action in awhile. And I decided to try some new ideas using motion blurs instead of the usual faded lightning trails/effects because, well, season five of The Flash happened and a certain character was using pink/white lighting effects. So, decided to ditch those for now, but you will see the electrical discharge blasts still.
Also a shout out to Janus3003 and NemoVoid for the motion blur suggestions. NemoVoid , if you're reading this, no, I did not rip off Hornet. Zoe had always been a speedster who could discharge electricity ever since she was created for an Aberrant campaign. However, I got the inspiration for her effect from you.
