Kinda like a Necromancer, except this deals with ice, not dead people.Stolen from Mortal Kombat.
Why can't the Wario Bros use ice? Mario and Luigi use fire.
The outfit design is based on SMW's coloring for Mario and Luigi when they had the fire flower, but with the hat and shirt dark grey instead of white, as well as the overalls changing from black and purple to the current purple and yellow.
Oh, yeah, and I borrowed the frozen forearm look from Mortal Kombat as well. Enjoy!

Interesting idea. But I've always seen Wario as a guy who's more likely to take a Koopa, wrap it in seaweed, and eat it in a clam-bake style than anything else really. Wario World enhanced his macho-man nature, (it was awesome).
And as for Waluigi.....er....kung fu?
